Research Assistant - PEGUS Research – Remote

PEGUS Research is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated self-starter to join our

team. Our research broadens consumer healthcare choices and has a positive impact

The Research Assistant directly contributes to the team in these ways:

Work on project teams that develop and execute research studies
Assist with administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, meeting minutes, data entry, coding, file maintenance, etc.)
Edit, draft, and format study documents
Assists in various tasks such as data and recording review, study trainings, and study coordination
Provide support to study participants and study staff
Help improve processes and solve problems

Qualifications:

High School degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a can-do attitude
Knowledge of computer systems, especially MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Organized, detail oriented, and ability to learn quickly with a desire to improve and enhance processes
Strong work ethic, with the ability to take initiative and work independently as needed
Attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

Starting Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 hourly (based on education, experience, and fit)
Approximately 40 hours per week, during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5)
