Ultradent, a global name in oral healthcare, is looking for a Program Manager to join the The Product Sustainment team. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating, executing, and championing discovery efforts while providing essential support to project managers across product initiatives within the Development and Sustainment portfolio. This role ensures projects remain aligned with business strategies, goals, and commitments, while overseeing scope, schedules, and program‑level communication. The Program Manager will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, help identify and mitigate risks, and maintain consistency and visibility across the program. They will work closely with project managers to guide projects through successful execution and launch.

General Responsibilities

  • Executes programs the meet the needs of the organization, employees, and customers.
  • Participates in aspects of global and corporate product programs, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and project performance metrics.
  • Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization.
  • Ensures the work of program or project stakeholders to ensure that work is completed on time and in accordance with established standards or specifications.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
  • Ensures that activities compliant with organizational policies, best practices, and any relevant external regulations.
  • Provides reports and updates to program stakeholders as well as senior management.

  • Mid-High level knowledge in one or more areas
  • Decision making and multi-departmental collaboration
  • Identify, organize, and guide discovery projects and team members
  • Solid business acumen
  • Medical device or other regulated industry experience preferred
  • Project Management or other relevant certification (PMP, CSM etc.) is preferred
  • 5+ years in Project Manager role or similar position preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience strongly suggested, but not required.
