Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist and support the Finance Director, North America in providing leadership and guidance to the Finance team and wider business through knowledge sharing and training and development.
  • Business partnering to drive business improvement
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), providing insight into business performance and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Foster and support safety culture through all actions and behaviors.
  • Drive business transformation by streamlining financial processes and enabling technology-driven solutions.
  • Establish, optimize, and scale systems and processes to support growth across multiple business units.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with Group financial reporting deadlines
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate investments, manage risks, and maximize returns.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance, reliability, and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Support the integration of new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and value creation.
  • Embrace a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive business transformation in key areas including, but not limited to:
  • Procure to Pay
  • Accounts Payable
  • Quote to Cash
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Collections
  • Record to Report
  • Project Controls, Governance and Administration
  • FP&A
  • Build effective working relationships with global stakeholders including the Group Corporate Finance team. based in Finland as well as other global sales areas.
  • Leverage knowledge from the global business to drive business improvement in North America.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7 years experience working in relevant roles
