Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer orders and amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order information and ensure all documentation is correct and compliant.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Log and manage external complaints within the CRM system.
- Update customer, shipment, and order information within company systems.
- Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Perform inbound and outbound forwarding activities.
- Coordinate transportation and shipment arrangements.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers.
- Coordinate shipping activities with customs agents and freight providers.
- Prepare and manage export/import documentation.
- Ensure overseas shipments comply with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order management within an international environment.
- Experience in ACCAP
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
