Position SummaryÂ
GP Strategies is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs for a global client. This role is responsible for managing training logistics, coordinating learning events, maintaining accurate records, supporting learners, and ensuring a seamless training experience from scheduling through completion.Â
Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning events.Â
- Schedule training sessions and maintain training calendars.Â
- Monitor course registrations, enrollment, attendance, and completion records.Â
- Generate and distribute training reports and learning metrics.Â
- Respond to learner and stakeholder inquiries regarding training programs.Â
- Ensure training information and course data are accurate and up to date.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, instructors, and stakeholders to support successful training delivery.Â
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiencies.Â
- Participate in project and operational meetings as required.Â
- Support additional administrative and coordination activities as assigned.Â

Required QualificationsÂ
- Experience in training coordination, learning administration, project coordination, customer service, or a related administrative role.Â
- Strong organizational and time management skills.Â
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Â
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Â
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.Â
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new systems and processes.Â
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Â

Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience supporting Learning & Development or corporate training programs.Â
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Â
- Exposure to reporting and training analytics.Â
- Experience coordinating training events, workshops, or conferences.Â

Work ScheduleÂ
Monday through FridayÂ
8:00 AM to 5:00 PMÂ
Onsite, five days per week in Salt Lake City, Utah.Â
