This role is responsible for full-cycle payroll processing and supporting key HR functions, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide strong support to both employees and leadership.  Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time Maintain payroll and employee records Administer benefits and support employee inquiries Support onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management Ensure compliance with federal and state laws Assist with recruiting and employee relations Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to employees QualificationsQualifications: 5+ years of HR and payroll experience Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws Excellent organizational and communication skills Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred
