Wyetech, LLC is seeking an Analysis & Reporting (A&R) Training Developer – Level 1 with strong SIGINT expertise to support training programs across the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver instructional materials in multiple modalities, including transcription, translation, analysis, and blended learning. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, instructors, and SIGINT SMEs to align training with mission requirements and prepare the next generation of intelligence professionals.

 

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Capabilities
  • Translate operational requirements into clear training objectives and instructional materials.
  • Research classified and unclassified sources to inform curriculum development.
  • Develop task-based training materials for transcription, translation, and analysis exercises.
  • Leverage tools such as Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premiere for blended learning.
  • Collaborate with SIGINT SMEs and government stakeholders to refine and validate content.
  • Create assessments and practical evaluations to measure student proficiency.
  • Recommend technologies and applications to enhance instructional delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with government and contractor instructors to meet program objectives.


Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (in-scope CI polygraphs considered with CCA pending FS adjudication).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or related field; OR four additional years of applied experience in lieu of degree (total nine years).
  • At least one year of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience within the last four years, including synchronous/asynchronous delivery and adult learning methodologies.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience, including:
  • Three (3) years as a SIGINT or IC Intelligence Analyst.
  • One (1) year within the last six (6) years developing or updating training using ISD principles.


Desired Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in eLearning platforms and training technologies.
  • Experience designing assessments and hands-on simulations for SIGINT training.
  • Previous DoD or IC training development and delivery experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across agencies.

Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
