Located in Midland, TX providing well service rigs for the purpose of workover or completion operations. Position Overview:

The Pipe Yard Hand will work on various tasks associated with operating equipment and tools in the Pipe Yard division. This job will help the Pipe Yard team in the field and provide corrective solutions to complete the job.

Responsibilities:

Will support team members in the yard, shop, and field
Will maintain pipe by removing thread protectors, painting, and identifying pipe with a stencil, and general housekeeping of yard, shop, and other work areas
Will help forklift drivers load and unload, separate, and rack pipe
Must follow RES standard operating procedures and comply with company policies and other specialized equipment and safety training required by the company
Communicate and work effectively with other team members per the standard operating procedures

Experience/Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as a team with other crews, particularly when under pressure in situations where priorities change or emergency situations
Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on routine basis, required
Ability to work on rotational shift work, in inclement weather, and/or manual labor experience required
Resides within a 50 mile radius of San Angelo Texas, required
Able to multi-task in fast paced environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, preferred
Ability to communicate, read & write in English
Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements

Physical conditions:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as required by law
Able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision
Able to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold
Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE
