Overview of the Business Analyst:

Build scalable reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Solve complex data problems.

Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.

Verify accuracy of reports and provide insight.

Preferred Qualifications for the Business Analyst:

Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting.

Experience in SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, IF Statements, conditional formatting, charts, VBA).

Experience working with analysis and reporting tools (Tableau preferred).

CRM experience preferred.

Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner.
