Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing telecom projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Oversight: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate the work of construction personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets specified quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and suppliers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • This job required rural utilities experience.
  • Able to travel
