Who You’ll Work With:
We are seeking a San Antonio-based Associate to join our Global Intermediaries, Sub Advised Strategic Relationship Group. This role supports the servicing and growth of insurance and non‑insurance sub‑advised client relationships, working closely with U.S. based Institutional and Retail Advisors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is interested in client servicing and sales support within a highly regulated financial services environment. The role provides meaningful exposure to cross‑functional teams, client interactions, and strategic account support, offering a strong foundation for long-term career development.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality client service and sales support to internal relationship managers and external partners.
Prepare and manage client reporting, due diligence materials, and client presentations.
Collaborate with relationship managers to develop strategic account plans that enhance relationships with partner firms and support business growth.Â
Coordinate and facilitate client due diligence reviews, and prospecting meetings, collaborating with portfolio management and product teams.
Troubleshoot and respond to client and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvements as required.
Maintain client management database and provide support to relationship managers.Â
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
One to three years of relevant professional experience in client service, sales support, operations, or financial services.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail‑oriented and organized, with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Professional and client‑focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses encouraged (or willingness to pursue)
