What you get to do: 

  • Gain hands-on working experience and develop their leadership skills, all while working at The World’s Most Beautiful Theme Park!
  • Maintain a supervisory role the back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting.
  • Support changes to menus, operations, and styles of service, etc.
  • Support transitions between major seasonal events.
  • Assist with inventory management, supervising ambassadors, and scheduling.

What else is important: 

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary or Baking and Pastry program.
  • Academic credit can be received.
  • Program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on your school's academic calendar. Full time availability is preferred, but part time availability will also be considered.
