Key Responsibilities

Azure Platform Engineering

  • Design, implement, and support Azure-based infrastructure and services

  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)

Identity & Access Management

  • Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Design and maintain:
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • Conditional Access policies
    • Identity lifecycle and governance processes
  • Integrate enterprise applications with identity solutions (e.g., SailPoint or similar platforms)

Microsoft 365 Platform

  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and email integrations
  • Troubleshoot issues across Azure, Entra ID, and M365 services
  • Implement and support security and compliance controls across the M365 platform

AI & Copilot Enablement

  • Support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Assist with integration of Copilot into enterprise workflows and business applications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-enabled productivity tools

Operations & Support

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex platform and identity issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term remediation
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and security posture
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated cloud and identity solutions

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience developing, modifying, supporting, and maintaining business applications and systems.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional projects and delivering technology solutions in a business environment.
  • Experience estimating technical work efforts and supporting solution delivery.
