About the Role
As a Remote Client Solutions Specialist, you'll connect with both current and prospective clients through virtual appointments, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and helping families make informed decisions about their benefit options.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms
Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support
Explain available benefit options in a clear, professional manner
Help clients navigate the enrollment process and complete required documentation
Respond to questions with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Collaborate with teammates while working independently in a remote environment
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
