Core Duties

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and integrations from internal and external data sources and other technologies as needed.
Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes supporting operational and analytical workloads.
Develop and maintain data warehouse, data lake, and cloud-based data solutions.
Create efficient data models to support business intelligence, self-service analytics, and predictive modeling.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and security through established best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the software products.

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouses and data lakes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
