Dishwasher (Part-time)

The Solid Rock Cafe at Cornerstone Church is seeking a dependable Part-Time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. While guests may never see the work you do, your contribution plays a vital role in creating an excellent dining experience and supporting the ministry through hospitality.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and understands that every role contributes to building people and serving others well.

Schedule

• Sundays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be available to work occasional special events, including evenings and weekends as needed

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Properly organize and store clean items in designated areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area
• Assist with kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, equipment, and work areas
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain sanitation standards
• Restock dishwashing and cleaning supplies as needed
• Support the kitchen team with additional cleaning and operational needs
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with special events and ministry functions as assigned

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and more with assistance
