Customer Service Representative

Description

This full-time day-shift opportunity is responsible for:

• Answer incoming patient calls and assist with questions and requests
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Help resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
• Assist the pharmacy team with daily administrative and customer-service tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

• Previous pharmacy, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
• Pharmacy technician experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
• Comfortable communicating by phone
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
