Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist daytime to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job Description

Answer dealership phone calls
Greet and receive customers
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Take messages from customers and vendors
Assist with filing and distributing license plates to customers
Receive and send mail
Work cooperatively and communicate with sales, service, and other internal departments
Complete other administrative duties as assigned

Pay: $15.00-15.50 per hour based on experience
