Electrostatic powder coating of products of varying sizes and material in a spray booth. Ability to spray powder to the correct thickness range as specified by the engineering department. Powder coater is responsible for the cleaning of the spray gun and paint booth used that day. Quality control review of unloading parts off the production line and identify defects within drying stage. Ensure precise chemistry balance of the wash cycle process. Set up and take down of materials to be sprayed. Qualifications  Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate information and respond to questions from shop lead, supervisor, and other departments. Excellent hand/eye coordination. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to understand engineering design drawings. Must be able to work independently and efficiently. Self-motivated and detail oriented. Excel in a fast-paced work environment.   Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Two (2) or more years manufacturing paint and/or powder coating experience.   Physical Requirements: Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. for short distances.
