De Mott, Curtright & Armendáriz (DMCA) is looking for a dependable and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced San Antonio headquarters.

This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional legal environment-with the potential to grow into other roles within the firm. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, and training is provided.

What You'll Do

  • Process, scan, label, and distribute incoming mail and documents
  • Prepare outgoing mail, legal mailouts, and client file copies
  • Create and maintain organized electronic and physical files
  • Post EOIR court hearings, filing deadlines, and other important dates.
  • Assist with basic filings, document submissions, and evidence organization
  • Enter and update information in the firm's systems
  • Assist Firm Administration with projects and daily office operations
  • Pick up mail and complete occasional local office errands
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Dependable, punctual, professional, and organized
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling deadlines
  • Comfortable using computers, email, scanners, and copiers
  • Able to manage multiple assignments in a busy office
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Reliable transportation

Previous office or legal experience is helpful but not required.
