We are looking for a full-time, entry-level Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable helping with a variety of everyday office tasks.

What You'll Do

This is an entry-level administrative position focused on supporting the firm's daily office operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Pick up mail from the post office and other designated locations
  • Sort, scan, label, and process incoming mail
  • Distribute mail and documents to the appropriate team members
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and legal mailouts
  • Create and organize physical and electronic files
  • Copy, scan, upload, and properly label documents
  • Prepare client file copies
  • Assist with organizing client documents and evidence
  • Assist with basic filings and document submissions
  • Enter information and update records in the firm's systems
  • Maintain organized filing systems and work areas
  • Assist Firm Administration with basic tasks and projects
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Comfortable performing routine administrative tasks
  • Able to manage multiple assignments in a busy office
  • Comfortable using computers, email, scanners, and copiers

  • Willing to work as part of a team
  • Available full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Reliable transportation for local mail pickups and office errands

Preferred but Not Required

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience scanning, copying, filing, or handling mail
  • Experience working in a professional office environment
