As an Admissions Representative, you’ll be the cheerful face welcoming guests to nonstop thrills and unforgettable memories. From parking to ticketing to season passes, you’ll help ensure every guest starts their visit stress-free and full of excitement!

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter and exit the park, leaving a lasting “wow” impression
  • Provide friendly, clear answers to questions while offering directions and helpful guidance
  • Handle parking, ticket, and season pass sales quickly and accurately using our POS system
  • Ensure smooth, efficient guest entry so the fun can begin without delay
  • Uphold park policies with professionalism, positivity, and a guest-first attitude
  • Radiate pride and excitement for the park, helping create a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects our park’s vibrant image
  • Collaborate with fellow Admissions team members to keep operations running like clockwork
  • Jump in where needed and stay flexible to support the overall guest experience

 


Qualifications:

 

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • 4 full days of availability during Summer / Fall operations including at least one weekend day with closing hours (typically 3:30 PM - 11 PM) 
  • Deliver top‑notch customer service with strong verbal communication skills that make every guest feel welcome and appreciated.
  • Bring high energy, positivity, and a genuine love for people, enthusiastically engaging guests while living out the company’s mantra.
  • Utilize your problem‑solving skills and creative thinking to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, and approachable presence that turns every interaction into a great experience.
  • Show confidence in working independently and taking initiative, owning your role with minimal supervision.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments, especially with large crowds, while keeping service efficient and seamless.
  • Demonstrate strong English reading and comprehension skills.
  • Successfully complete all training, fully understanding the materials and passing required assessments.
  • 4 full days of availability during summer operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
