Omni Auto Glass is a family-owned, AGSC-certified auto glass and ADAS calibration company with 25+ years serving the San Antonio market. We are one of the few shops in the region equipped to calibrate every vehicle make and radar/camera system on the road today — a significant competitive advantage in a rapidly growing service category.

We are looking for a driven B2B outside sales representative to build and manage relationships with body shops, collision centers, dealerships, and fleet operators across the San Antonio metro. This is a ground-floor opportunity with uncapped earning potential for someone who can execute.
What You Will Be Selling
Our core B2B offering is a bundled on-site service that solves a specific pain point for collision repair facilities: vehicles that are partially disassembled cannot be driven to a glass shop. We come to the body shop and handle both the windshield replacement and the ADAS calibration in a single visit — one vendor, one call, one invoice.

Key services you will be selling into B2B accounts:
•      On-site windshield replacement and ADAS camera/radar calibration (bundled)
•      Standalone ADAS calibration for shops that need a certified calibration partner
•      Fleet glass services for companies operating vehicle fleets
•      Dealership reconditioning and pre-delivery glass services

ADAS calibration is our highest-margin service at near-zero overhead cost. A single well-managed body shop account sending regular calibration work represents significant recurring revenue. Your focus should reflect this.
Requirements
Non-Negotiable
•      Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience — door-to-door or retail sales will not be considered
•      Existing relationships with body shops, collision centers, dealerships, or fleet operators in San Antonio — candidates must be able to name accounts they can contact within 30 days
•      Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and close — not just manage existing accounts
•      Valid Texas driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
•      Smartphone proficient — ability to use CRM, email, and scheduling tools (we use Zoho CRM)

Strongly Preferred
•      Bilingual English/Spanish — significant advantage in the San Antonio market
•      Prior experience in auto glass, collision repair, automotive aftermarket, or fleet services
•      Familiarity with ADAS technology and modern vehicle safety systems
•      Experience selling a mobile or on-site service (vs. a product)
•      Experience with Zoho CRM or a comparable CRM platform
