We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction industry and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems using SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Assist employees in resetting logins/passwords on cell & Ipads
  • Assist project teams with administrative tasks and data entry
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail, and office supply orders
  • Serve as a communication bridge between English- and Spanish-speaking staff, subcontractors, and clients
  • Support HR and management with clerical duties as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive for document management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phones)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of receptionist or administrative experience in the construction industry
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive for document management
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, project documentation, and permits
