Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our on-site team in San Antonio. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our end users and offshore development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software systems, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle support-related interactions directly with users.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze business requirements to translate into functional specifications for system enhancements and fixes

· Act as a liaison between stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure clarity and alignment on technical solutions

· Create user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation to support development and QA efforts

· Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables

· Identify and recommend opportunities for product and process improvement based on support trends and user feedback

· Prioritize incoming issues and requests

· Assist with training material development and user education as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· 4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical support, or a similar role in a software development environment

· Proven experience communicating effectively between business users and development teams

· Experience working with offshore teams and navigating time zone differences

· Strong analytical and documentation skills

· Knowledge of the insurance claims or adjusting industry is a plus

· Comfortable handling and resolving customer support phone calls
