Your Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing compassionate, one-on-one care to senior clients
Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
Helping with meal preparation as needed
Providing medication reminders as directed
Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed
Communicating important client updates to the Cardinal Senior Care team
Building a trusting and respectful relationship with clients and their families
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience required
Caring, patient, dependable, and respectful personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Flexible availability for assigned shifts
Two valid forms of identification required
What to Expect
You will provide care in the client's home
Shifts may be available in the morning and afternoon
Care assignments are based on client needs and caregiver availability
You will be supported by the Cardinal Senior Care team
You will use our mobile app for scheduling and communication
