Position Overview
As a Landscaping Maintenance Crew Laborer, you will perform scheduled landscape maintenance at commercial properties. You are responsible for quality control, safe operations, and communication with supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain commercial mowers, line trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs and high-quality service
• Follow safety practices on site
• Communicate issues, delays, or job site concerns to the production manager
• Perform basic site inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Valid Texas Driver’s License (CDL not required, but must have clean driving record)
• 2-5 years of crew laborer experience in landscaping
• Able to operate all major landscaping equipment and tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and respectful with clients and coworkers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $18-$20, based on experience
