The Contracts Administrator is responsible for leading the efforts associated with the contract life-cycle management for all Silotech contracts. The CA will review, draft, revise and negotiate contracts with vendors and contract partners. The CA will be responsible for monitoring contract performance and compliance, recommending improvements and oversight of contract performance as it relates to confidentiality agreements, IP, disputes and other contractual obligations.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide Cradle to Grave contract administration and procurement support to include: 
    • Draft, review, revise and negotiate necessary agreements with vendors and contract partners to include NDAs, Tas,and POs.
    • Monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the FAR/DFAR, company policies, and customer specifications 
    • Assist in the mitigation of contractual/program risks
    • Complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
    • Maintain contract-related data records; correspondence and documentation
  • Review and execute contracts within delegated authority
  • Compilation/analyzation/maintenance of data to prepare reports, track contract milestones and deliverables, as well as perform other duties as required to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
  • Collaborate across multiple functions as part of an integrated team to negotiate and execute contracts with best value and minimal risk
  • Work under pressure and adhere to multiple deadlines 

Qualifications 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 

Experience

  • 1-3 years of related experience with U.S. Government acquisition and related regulations, e.g. FAR, DFARS.
  • Knowledge of business procurement processes and organization of associated information.
  • Able to work productively and independently as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the financial aspects of contracts and other business arrangements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
