Curriculum Coordinator – Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to lead, support, and elevate our early childhood education program. This role is ideal for someone who loves mentoring teachers, strengthening lesson planning, and ensuring children receive a high-quality, engaging learning experience every day.

What You’ll Do

  •  Oversee implementation of our research-based curriculum across all classrooms (infants through Pre-K) 
  •  Support and coach teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child development best practices 
  •  Ensure curriculum aligns with state standards and quality programs (including Texas Rising Star) 
  •  Review and provide feedback on lesson plans weekly 
  •  Monitor classroom environments to ensure engaging, developmentally appropriate activities 
  •  Use child assessments to guide instruction and program improvements 
  •  Plan and support school-wide learning themes, events, and enrichment activities 
  •  Maintain organized curriculum materials and ensure teachers have access to resources 
  •  Lead teacher trainings and ongoing professional development 
  •  Partner with leadership to continuously improve program quality 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Experience in early childhood education (required) 
  •  Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices 
  •  Experience with curriculum programs (such as Frog Street or similar) preferred 
  •  Leadership or coaching experience with teachers 
  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  •  Passion for mentoring and developing educators 
  •  Strong communication skills with both staff and leadership
