Travel Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – San Antonio, TX

Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated, patient-focused, and experienced Travel Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in San Antonio!

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting both patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care. As a Travel RDA, you'll provide clinical support at multiple practice locations while helping ensure patients receive exceptional care at every visit.

Travel Schedule:

• Tuesday & Wednesday: SW Military office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday & Friday: S. New Braunfels office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

• TX RDA Certification
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
