What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care based on each patient's individual needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, home care, and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Partner closely with the dentist to identify patient needs, support diagnosis, and develop personalized treatment recommendations.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care—without judgment or pressure.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established infection-control and safety standards.
• Stay current on clinical techniques, technology, and evidence-based approaches to dental hygiene.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• A patient-first approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply—we value the right attitude, clinical foundation, and desire to grow.

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification
