Dental Patient Relations Coordinator - Vaughn Endodontics

 

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our fast-paced endodontic practice. 

 

Schedule: Full Time, 4 days a week, 7am-5pm

Must be willing and able to travel between our three office locations


Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing and able to travel between our three locations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
