We are seeking a Director of Operations to join our San Antonio team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the company is managed efficiently and effectively while driving operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong business and financial background, proven experience leading teams, and a passion for improving processes, developing people, and delivering exceptional results.

Essential Job Functions

  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to evaluate organizational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures to improve operational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance day-to-day operations
  • Ensure safe, productive, and compliant work environments across the organization
  • Oversee operational departments and ensure performance goals are achieved
  • Plan, direct, monitor, and forecast budgets and costs to achieve financial objectives
  • Communicate organizational initiatives, policies, and procedural changes to leadership teams and staff
  • Drive improvements in customer service and client satisfaction through operational enhancements
  • Lead coordination and integration efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service teams
  • Develop more efficient workflows and cost-effective business processes
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and represent the company professionally with employees, clients, industry partners, and the community
  • Mentor and develop managers and emerging leaders throughout the organization
  • Support change management initiatives and strategic business objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership and operational management experience
  • Thorough understanding of business operations, finance, strategy, and organizational management
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development skills
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior managerial, organizational, and diplomacy skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software
  • Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
