Position Overview
The Business Transformation Financial Consultant serves as a strategic finance partner responsible for driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role leads the financial governance and execution tracking of long-term capital investment plans, monitors strategic KPIs to support informed decision-making, and enables digital transformation through the implementation of advanced reporting solutions, Power BI analytics, and AI-driven tools. Additionally, the position oversees intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration.Â
Responsibilities
- Leads business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and decision-making through digital tools, automation, and data analytics.Â
- Partners with cross-functional teams to design and implement Power BI dashboards, AI-driven solutions, and enhanced reporting frameworks that increase visibility into business performance and key value drivers.Â
- Drives the execution and governance of the site's long-term capital strategy, ensuring investments align with business objectives, operational efficiency targets, and transformation priorities.Â
- Monitors and analyzes strategic KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to support continuous improvement and achievement of business goals.Â
- Evaluates financial and operational processes to identify optimization opportunities, improve standardization, and enhance organizational effectiveness.Â
- Oversees intercompany accounting and reconciliation activities, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting across business entities.Â
- Oversees fixed asset integrity and compliance at the site level by ensuring accuracy of in-service dates and identifying fixed assets based on project spend.Â
- Evaluates financial business cases to support operational initiatives, capital decisions, and action plans.Â
- Partners with Operations to forecast strategic capital plan for 5-10 years.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of finance experience
OR
- Master's degree and at least 1 year of finance experience
OR
- At least 5 years of finance experience

- Advanced Excel, PowerBI and data analysis skills; ability to work efficiently with large, complex data sets through SQL or other means of advanced data analysis
- Familiarity with Infor LN, SAP, and PeopleSoft ERP systems
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to financial control and compliance
