Graphic Designer
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. 
Reports To: Creative Manager

Bible Study Fellowship exists to help people around the world know Jesus Christ more deeply through in-depth, Bible-centered study. We envision a global community of believers transformed by God's Word, people equipped to live out their faith, strengthen their churches, and impact their communities for the kingdom of God.

We're looking for a skilled, experienced graphic designer to join our creative team and produce brand-led work across a global ministry platform in Dallas or Belfast.

As a Graphic Designer at BSF, you'll be a key visual voice for a ministry with worldwide reach. You'll craft compelling, brand-aligned creative across digital and print platforms, helping BSF communicate with clarity and excellence to audiences around the world. This is a role where quality of execution genuinely matters, where your attention to detail serves a substantial mission, and where your growth as a designer is actively invested in.

You will have the opportunity to:

Produce high-quality digital and print assets including graphics, web content, email visuals, signage, and collateral that serve a range of in-person and digital ministry products

Work within and help strengthen an established design system, bringing consistency and creativity to everything you touch

Work with a passionate multi-skilled creative team, working from clear briefs and growing through meaningful collaboration

Contribute to the annual planning process and inform the creative direction of future work

Develop your skills continuously, with dedicated training and upskilling opportunities built into the role

Travel internationally to connect and collaborate with BSF's Dallas HQ team

We ask that you bring:

Personal faith in Jesus Christ and agreement with BSF's Statement of Faith, policies, and values

Strong command of design fundamentals including typography, layout, colour, composition, and hierarchy

3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating brand-understanding and design intelligence.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365

A collaborative mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

A genuine eagerness to grow technically, creatively, and in your understanding of BSF's mission


Spiritual Requirements:

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Alignment with BSF's Statement of Faith, Human Sexuality Policy, Core Values, and Cultural Commitments

Adherence to biblical conflict-resolution principles (Matthew 18)
