Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of experience as an independent multi-skilled handyman/craftsman and/or tradesperson
Skilled in carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywall
Proficient in using smartphone/tablet technology to manage assignments
Owns a standard set of carpentry tools
Reliable work truck
Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)

Masonry or concrete experience
Carpet repair proficiency
Window installation experience
Experience working with metals in commercial repairs
Prior independent handyman business experience
