Description

The Legacy Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician for our apartment community in San Antonio, TX.

Duties:

Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

At least 12 months of onsite experience
Should have knowledge of painting
Basic makeready skills
Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
Knowledge of appliances
Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
