Responsibilities
Clinic Schedule Management:Â
- Prepare patient schedules in advance to ensure seamless operations.Â
- Room patients, including documenting medical records with precision.Â
- Manage clinic flow to keep patient care running smoothly.Â
Surgery Schedule Support:Â
- Scheduling & Managing Surgery SchedulesÂ
- Assist in gathering medical clearances and surgery scheduling details.Â
- Ensure patients feel informed and prepared before and after their procedures.Â
Patient Communication:Â
- Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, addressing clinical questions promptly.Â
- Follow up on patient tasks to ensure their needs are met with excellence.Â
Administrative Support:Â
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR), team chat platforms, and shared resources for communication and documentation.Â
- Access and apply internal guides to complete administrative tasks with accuracy.Â
Qualifications
Required:Â
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.Â
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.Â
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward traveling to satellite clinic locations.Â
Preferred:Â
- Proficiency in using EHR systems.Â
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.Â
- Familiarity with oculoplastic or ophthalmic procedures and terminology.Â
