BMS CAT is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW.


We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. If you have a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Essential Functions

  • Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
  • Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
  • Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
  • Manage and supervise the restoration crews
  • Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
  • Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
  • Make certain all documentation is complete


Experience and Requirements

  • This position will require you to be on call
  • Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)
  • IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening
