About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient rehabilitation clinic in San Antonio, TX, dedicated to helping children reach their developmental and functional potential. The clinic provides collaborative care across multiple pediatric therapy disciplines and is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric PT who enjoys working with children and families and wants the flexibility of a part-time schedule while being part of a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Responsibilities

The Pediatric Physical Therapist will:

  • Evaluate pediatric patients to identify physical, developmental, and functional needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to children with a variety of developmental and physical challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, and gross motor skills.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary therapy team.
  • Provide families with education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support continued progress outside of therapy.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate as an active member of a collaborative pediatric rehabilitation team.
  • Provide compassionate, family-centered care while creating a positive and engaging experience for children.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys working with the pediatric population and is looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive outpatient setting.

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
