Job DetailsJob Location: FBD Partnership LP SA - San Antonio, TX 78218Summary:   The Production Assembler is responsible for safely assembling component parts in accordance with standard work instructions and quality standards. This position utilizes hand tools and power tools to manufacture frozen beverage dispensers.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Adhere to all safety protocols, report any incidents promptly, and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspect and assemble various components according to standard work instructions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with FBD quality standards. Measure and compare dimensions using a ruler to ensure parts fit within specified tolerances as required. Crosstrain and rotate between different workstations on the production floor as directed to support production demand. Process non-conformance reports (NCRs) for rejected material according to the FBD NCR process. Verify bill of materials (BOMs) upon each build and report any errors. Participate in lean activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with FBD 5S policies. Perform other duties and projects as needed and assigned.   Qualifications  Minimum Qualifications - Education/Experience:   High School Diploma or GED preferred. 0 to 6 months of assembly or production experience. Must have basic computer skills. Prior experience with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred. Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English (verbal and written). Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and a reference check.   Physical Demands:   Required to stand, push, pull, have eye/hand/foot coordination, occasionally walk. Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position works in a manufacturing environment. Clarity of vision including the ability to appropriately differentiate colors.
