Project Coordinator

Job Summary

PRG is seeking an organized expert for our RELO E2E Project Coordinator role. 

Key Responsibilities
Office Responsibilities:

  • Ingest all schedule updates from city departments/utilities into trackers (the schedule changes constantly, so communications are required with the city).

  • Flag impactful changes from the city/utilities schedules that may put our construction schedule or network at risk.

  • When necessary, present our case to the city/utilities to receive schedule relief.

  • Coordinate with other utilities to determine construction schedule (even if outside of city schedules)

  • Help acquire necessary work prints/plans from the city/utilities
  • Weekly meetings with the city/utilities
  • Provide detailed reports concerning communications and city/utility project schedules
  • Host biweekly meetings with operations to review any upcoming schedule changes (30/60/90)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-year experience in reporting and analytics

  • Communication with COSA or other utilities
  • GIS capability to open, interpret, and analyze KMZ/KML files

  • Preferred college degree

Skills and abilities: 

  • Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs

  • Strong background in data analytics

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing

  • Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Work Environment

The role will require walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks in an office environment.

  • $26 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
