Qualifications
- Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for duties performed in the state of employment
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
- Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent patient care

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the clinical team, working alongside general dentists and specialty clinicians to provide high-quality patient care
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Greet, guide, and support patients throughout their visit
- Assist across various areas of the practice as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Contribute to improving oral health outcomes and enhancing patient experience
