JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician with experience in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform repair, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems in residential buildings.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide prompt solutions.
3. Provide high-quality customer service by respecting customer premises, listening to customer concerns and addressing issues comprehensively.
4. Educate customers on preventive maintenance and the operations of the HVAC systems.
5. Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and protocols.
6. Prepare accurate estimates, service reports and documentation.
7. Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training sessions to stay current with the latest industry technologies and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or certification in HVAC is a strong plus.
2. Proven experience as a HVAC technician and proficiency in handling various HVAC equipment.
3. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
4. Familiarity with local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
5. Proficient in balancing air systems in line with HVAC protocols.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
8. Valid Driver's license.
9. Ability to handle physically demanding work.
