Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Benefits Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans, having a strong knowledge on a great variety of insurances (health, life, accidents and pensions) as well as other flex benefits;
  • Support our clients and administrate the insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc.);
  • Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers;
  • Daily contact with corporate clients (local and international);
  • Work as a team with a great spirit of mutual help;
  • Search for the best solutions in the market and align our delivery with the benefits strategy of our clients.

What you need to have:

  • Fluent in English;
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Resilience, proactivity and flexibility;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
