Join NEXGEN HOSPITALITY IV LLC as a Shuttle Driver/ Houseman in beautiful San Antonio, TX! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their travel needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Transport guests to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles.
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to enhance guest experience.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a driving or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
