Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, transportation planning, and supply chain operations within the automotive film industry. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day‑to‑day supply chain and logistics activities, including shipment coordination and tracking.
  • Support the scheduling and booking of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Help analyze data and prepare basic reports or presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and shipment information.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings and team activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts within supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
  • This role is 100% on‑site.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Prior logistics, operations, or related internship experience is a plus, but not required.
