This role involves conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency. The team member will work collaboratively with other maintenance professionals to uphold safety standards and improve machine functionality.   Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal operation and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment to identify and implement effective solutions. Conduct repairs and replace defective parts to restore equipment functionality promptly. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Assist in the installation and testing of new welding machinery and equipment. Provide technical support and training to operators and other team members on proper machine usage and maintenance procedures. Continuously seek opportunities to improve machine performance and reduce downtime through innovative maintenance practices QualificationsRequired Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machinery maintenance is preferred.
