Perspire Sauna Studio is a premium infrared sauna studio focused on wellness, recovery, and exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to help grow membership, improve retention, and strengthen community ties through smart marketing and local partnerships.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

1. Sales and Marketing

· Promote studio membership, packages, and special offers

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients

· Reaching sales goals

· Development of business-to-business partnerships

· Monitoring digital marketing efforts

· Assisting with lead management and follow-ups

· Assist with scheduling, process, and strategy for sales

2. Member Relations

· Create a culture in the studio of proactive engagement with members

· Develop relationships with members to foster loyalty and maximize retention

· Resolve and respond to client issues or requests promptly

· Incentivize the team to promote positive member relations and active engagement

· Knowledge of infrared sauna therapy and SNO Showers

· Promoting wellness

3. Staffing

· Own all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, continuous improvement, and terminations

· Optimize, create, and publish staff schedule

· Manage the performance of studio team members by communicating, monitoring, and driving growth in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Work with franchise ownership to create a proper bonus incentive pool for the studio team

· Hold recurring staff meetings and one-on-one review sessions to ensure team, personal, corporate, and franchise goals remain aligned

4. Operations

· Assist with new studio opening, set up, and VIP weekend

· Oversee all daily operations of the studio

· Monitor sessions (capacity) and make additions or modifications to daily guest appointment schedules as needed

· Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

· Order and manage all inventory of studio supplies and sales of merchandise

· Ensure cleanliness standards and safety protocols are maintained at all times

· Perform ongoing maintenance on the studio, the sauna rooms, and the equipment as needed

· Coordinate with any outside vendors when necessary (i.e. towel service, CINTAS service, deliveries, etc.)

· Attend all applicable Perspire corporate training/meetings via telephone or web conference

· Any other duties as assigned

· Prepare KPI and financial performance reports for ownership and per corporate requirements

· Recurring meetings with franchise ownership to review studio operations

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
