Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor

Job responsibilities include: 

* Maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
* Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. 
* Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner. 

Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience, and must have HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred and weekend work is required.
